Tittibha Brings Thoughtful Curations has drafted a fair policy for the betterment of all concerned. Under this policy:
Payment & Delivery : (No COD) (Delivery Timeline – 0-7 Days)
o We accept prepaid orders only. Hence, we offer secure payment gateway and various mode of payments to make the transaction seamless. We purposely do not offer COD/ cash on delivery to rule out fraudulent delivery attempts
o For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. Custom duties and local taxes, if any to be paid by the customers to the courier partners during the delivery of the order
o For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only.
o Orders are shipped within 0-7 days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to courier company / post office norms. Tittibha Brings Thoughtful Curations is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer. Delivery of our services will be confirmed on your email ID as specified during registration

Easy Cancellation (Cancellation window – 24 Hours)
o Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order. Request to be communicated via email on support@tittibha.in from the registered email address only
o Please note, it’ll take 6-8 days for the refund to be processed to the customer

Exchange (Exchange Timeline – 24 Hours)
o In case of receipt of damaged or wrong product/ products, please report the same to us via email on support@tittibha.in from the registered email address. The request will, however, be processed once it is approved by us. Exchange request to be sent out within 24 hours of receipt of the order
o Order is eligible for exchange, only if, the product is in same condition as received along with the original packaging, also unused and unworn. The return courier charges are to be borne by the customer. Returns to packed as communicated by us. Also, the tracking details to be shared on support@tittibha.in
o Upon the receipt of the order to be exchanged, we shall process the refund in terms of store credits or issue a coupon to place a new order. For the exchange of the wrong product, we shall send the correct product, if in stock. If not then we shall process refund in terms of store credits or issue a coupon to place a new order. In case the above ‘eligible for exchange’ criteria are unmet, we will have to unfortunately reject the exchange request
o In case of any Exchange request approved by us. Upon the receipt of the returned product at our end, we may take up to 6-8 days to process store credits or to issue a coupon worth the same amount
o Note – Saree/ Product serviced with saree fall & picot or customization are not eligible for exchange
